A new urban block of 200m x 100m organises space and brief around a simple diagram onto which a deeper complexity is layered. A compact form to the west of the site compresses the core functions of the brief and thus releases space to the east allowing for a quadrangle of trees on real ground.

This is the largest and most up-to-date multifunctional arena in Central Europe, which meets all the requirements for a 21st-century venue and the highest criteria of UEFA / FIFA, nevertheless preserves the important characteristics of the iconic old Népstadion that Hungarians loved.

The Zodiak Pavilion recaptures a piece of Warsaw’s unique modernist character, dating back half a century. Modernist architecture thrived in Warsaw after the devastation of WWII, but sank into decline in the communist era, then gave way to international style during Poland’s transition. The new Zodiak seeks to reinterpret part of Warsaw’s identity.

Modernization of one of the largest wooden historic buildings in Poland together with its old park. In the cubature of the 100-year-old Sanatorium Gurewicz in Otwock, a modern medical center was designed with a hotel and a hospital part, housing rooms for operating patients, rehabilitation and diagnostics.

Commissioned by the Holy See, it serves the UK’s Belarusian diaspora community established by families of demobilised soldiers after WWII. It has been designed to use during Bouwlab, a ‘place-making event’ at a new waterfront in Nijmegen. The event was set up to experiment with new and sustainable forms of building and living. In 2017 it will be relocated.
