The overall design of the project reflects the longstanding tradition of glass making that Lasvit represents and promotes. The two traditional buildings from the early 19th century were completed with another two similarly sized and shaped abstract black and white volumes to create a harmonic and functional compound.

“Jonava 30” is a 2500sq.m office building with undergound parking. Offices are made for rental use and possible to reestablish due each customers need. It has an overview terrace to the old town. The rounded corners and bended windows are influenced by Kaunas Moderinism architecture, that is why building seems to have a very local- Kaunas- character

Desizo Monni corporate office building provides a creative working environment for a local fashion brand. It is located in an industrial town in one of the poorest regions in Europe. The key goals of the project were to create a new identity for the brand and to create a better environment for young talents who live abroad and want to return to their country.

A+T architecture designed a multifunctional space to host the showroom and workshop of Norbert Brakonier, craftsman in Luxemburg. The project aims to transform a former warehouse into a high-end custom-made furniture space.
The project was designed with three goals in mind: space-efficiency, integration and the enhancement of the neighbourhood.

The former machinery hall of 1912 for the A.M. Luther’s Furniture Factory has been renovated and converted into a contemporary working space. The character of the industrial building was preserved and emphasized by spatial articulation.

Axel Springer’s new headquarters in Berlin acts both as a symbol and a tool in the company’s transition from print to digital media. Bisected by a diagonal atrium that opens up to the existing Springer buildings, the essence of the design is a series of terraced floors that together form a digital valley – a place to broadcast ideas to all parts of the company.

The concept is based on use of exposed concrete which brutally, directly and frankly speaks about the Client’s basic activity: the production of cement and concrete.

One of the greatest achievements of this project was the sentence spoken many times at the opening ceremony in September 2017: “This building seems to have been standing here forever”.
