In the suburban green areas of Buda, the location lies along the Máriaremetei street. This public facility of multiple pools is able to host different audiences and several activities from swimming lessons of neighbouring schools through water polo trainings to international swimming competitions.

The Amsterdam Courthouse rises in the up-and-coming Zuidas district in south Amsterdam. With 50 courtrooms and a surface of almost 50.000 sqm, the building is the biggest courthouse in the Netherlands, its exemplary efficiency materializes in a stately yet open functional structure.

Z33 settles in continuity with the existing buildings around the béguinage, echoing the dual character of their facades, enclosed towards the street and open with windows’ filigrees towards the garden. The exhibition rooms and the secret gardens compose a spatial labyrinth, amalgaming memories of local passages with ones of foreign villas or palaces.

The Melopee School represents the only public building in this part of O.M.A.’s masterplan for the ‘Oude Dokken’ in Ghent. It is composed by a compact main building hosting a school, a public sports hall and a nursery and a large open pergola with stacked playgrounds. The two parts are linked by a steel structure.

A shabby structure built in the Soviet times in Kontorska street is transforming into a dental clinic with a training centre. Although the building has no historical value, we decided to retain its major formal characteristics and proportions. The rhythmic pattern of the facade is also preserved.

The project is a reinterpretation of Mediterranean architecture. Under the weight of heavy safety regulations, the architects proposed a real environmental arsenal airy, sunny and shady. The goal is to dissipate the feeling of evolving in a “fortress” where safety is the key word; They then propose an island, both isolated and alive.

Printing House Square is the first new square in Trinity for 200 years, with student housing, sport and health facilities in a sensitive addition to the historic campus. The courtyard creates a stone context for the 18thc Printing House, like a classical temple on a mountain. The folded granite roof reflects distant mountains and Georgian city roofs.
