Towers rise from an elevated plateau, the slab that caps the public facilities, and combine to form a confident addition to the developing cityscape.

The built community at Kurfürstenstrasse, located in Berlin Schöneberg, consists of 6 towers that overlap vertically and horizontally. It is a building conceived and developed together by the people living and working there. The result is 25 interconnected units that each have a very high space and several lower spaces.

Guðlaug is a free entry, democratic, public space and has become a darling of the community.

Site analysis and landscape, where the surrounding mountains stand out, the Drini i Bardhë river with the artificial Lake of Vërmicë and the dense greenery, were the key elements in the sketches, where overlapping and interweaving of the three brings us the architectural composition and shaping of the concept which was conceived and brought to life.

“Nemuno 3” – office building in Kaunas Old Town was designed in 2016 and accomplished in 2018. The building points composition of the Old Town that emphasizes its eastern boundary. The building together with the fire station forms two strong architectural ‘columns’ as a visual ‘gate’ into the Nemunas street.

The renovation of Intelhorce factory recovered a historical building of the textil industry of Málaga, preserving its inner space and its spectacular concrete structure. The project is an infill of 8 floors and replaces an old building which had to be taken down. Put bluntly, it is simply another example of commercially developed urban housing. The fortunate convergence of a benevolent client and zoning plan requirements opened for a housing project with qualities above local average. The timber facade adds character.

Instead of cutting down the tree and enclosing the urban block as the competition brief suggests, the project deals with the tree as an opportunity to open the park and the urban block on the street.
