Katerynoslavski Residential complex

The object is unique for the city because it organizes a high-quality environment. The height of the building emphasizes the intersection of streets; its form connects the building with the surroundings. Its landscaping has an artificial stream, symbolizing the underground river. This river was hidden in an underground collector in the early 20th century. There is a sculpture of Atlant on the crossroads. He takes his first step to freedom.

The main placement tasks of the building are: – Formation of the western boundary of the foot of the city hill; – Completion of the formation of the Boulevard' architectural ensemble; - Creation of high-rise accent on the crosshairs of the streets. In the landscape, the main goal was to tell the story of the place.

The frame of the building is concrete. Local granite is used on the facades. Granite is presented in different treatments: horizontal belts are smooth, pylons have a 3D pattern. External sun protection is also used on the façade, which significantly reduces the building's energy consumption for cooling. The landscaping material is also local granite from another deposit. The sculpture is made of bronze.
