The temporary structure has been a popular success with almost twice as many visitors per week as the historic Market Hall and an increase in the trader’s turnover of up to 50%.

A new Flemish government building stands on a prominent site along the Canal in Brussels. The Herman Teirlinck building is six storeys high and, as a result, corresponds to the surrounding nineteenth-century industrial buildings on the Thurn & Taxis site. Its robust volume is enriched with a modest 60m tower that claims its place in the Brussels skyline.

The main idea of the concept was to create an uptodate market, which preserves the scale and the athmosphere of the old demolished market. The old market stood nearby the new marketbuilding. After demolishing it we created there a multifunctional square. The building itself is an open hall with natural ventillation and illumination.

The headquarters of the biggest Greek Maritime Group, Agemar expresses Athens’ opening to its seafront. The first ideas were about a trip in the sea. The long horizontal lines of a ‘floating in the sea’ fluid form create a strong corporate image in the city scape, adapt to the urban scale and set up a dialogue with the intense natural light of the Athenian sky.

Baltyk gives a dynamic look from every angle. A linear building with a concrete, entirely glass-fronted façade and clearly exposed aggregate grain, sets it apart from its surroundings and is an example of a balanced combination of “old” and “new” architecture in the context of the neighbouring historic building of Concordia Design and the Haven.

Waste Thermal Treatment Plant in Krakow is interconnected building complex, 300 m long and 80 m wide with a height of 40 m. The huge building body is divided into segments, each of a different height that increases according to functions and technological needs, with the boilers in the highest part and slag and ash management section at the end of the complex.

H71a was a shop adjacent to the timber house at Hverfisgata 71. In 2001 Studio Granda converted the house into a studio, office and archive for photographer Sigurgeir Sigurjónsson. The shop, that had an unsound structure, was left vacant.

Quadrum is a multi usage commercial development comprising of 3 buildings on Konstitucijos Avenue in Vilnius. Separated from the historical Old Town by the river Neris the project occupies a 100m square block within the „Urban Hill“ development plan, an urban scheme to coordinate projects within the planned and growing business district .
