A suitable place for the new town library was the unused house of the Roman Catholic rectory, in the past also used as an orphanage, kindergarten and vocation school. In addition to the library, the municipality intended to place a multifunctional hall, facilities for clubs and a maternity centre in the house.

In a plot with significant slope and south orientation, located in Choulakia, Mykonos and overlooking Delos and Rineia islands, we decided to create partly subterranean residence on two floors. The goal is the least possible alteration of the natural landscape in combination with the reassimilation of the local vegetation in the intervention areas.

The multifunctional water sports centre is an expansion project of the existing “Žalgiris” arena, an entertainment and sports centre in Kaunas. The new building is attached to the arena on its western side and a connection is planned between them. The main entrance and approach to the centre are facing the southern side, an embankment of the Nemunas River.

Winternitz’s Automatic Mills in Pardubice in the style of geometric modernism are the work of architect Josef Gočár from 1910- 1924. After production ceased in 2013, most of the technological equipment was destroyed. In 2014, the complex was declared a national cultural monument and from 2023 it serves as the new headquarters of the Gočár’s Gallery.

In 2019, the city of Unesco world heritage Graz announced a competition for the city boathouse in the middle of the centre. The main idea of the design was to make the area along the banks of the river Mur more attractive and to create an additional value for the boat club as well as for city inhabitants.
