Context & Kaunas city center, Nemunas river island, park. Arena is looking for the relation with the context and history. It doesn't want to dominate in the surroundings, neither make up to the surroundings. Arena shows its qualities and doesn't hide the faults. Arena expands city center public space. It is open to the city and at the same time reveals marvelous city panorama views from the inside. The interior spaces are flowing and free open to the city and river.
Everything what is created is necessary, nothing is for the beauty itself. People are free to create themselves the emotion and character of the spaces. Arena accommodates all kinds of concerts, public events and sports games.
