The building is constructed around two courtyard spaces- an entrance atrium and an internal atrium for the offices. Architecture takes different forms to show two characters of the building – official one and an approachable one for common users.

Southern, double-leveled side of the building is a fully accessible zone with an entrance through the courtyard. Eastern part is dedicated to offices for rent, western part is occupied by service space for inhabitants and for city departments.

The new town hall was erected in a chaotic surrounding. It is located far from the most attractive part of the town, on a northern fringe of Konstancin-Jeziorna.

Even though Konstancin-Jeziorna is usually associated with a resort town and wooden graduation towers, the building has a brick facade with a distinctive diamond relief. Ceramic brick was a material used in the region for administration buildings.

Geometrical pattern was inspired by ventilation details in Mazovian farmhouses. In this way, the architecture integrates itself with the regional landscape.

It is a city in which the richest Poles live, and paradoxically, the city in which there is the lowest gross domestic product per one inhabitant. Hence the conscious decision - new town hall building will be created in an unattractive place for investors.

The building is horizontal, low and on a human scale, entered through a cozy patio, in the middle of which an oak has been planted, a symbol of the constance, which is also located in the coat of arms of the city.

We enter the hall of the town hall, where two entrances meet, from the patio side and a representative entrance.

A building with a very representative form was created. The building has a hierarchical structure. The ground floor is a place where everyone meets. On the first floor, there are only representative functions - the mayor's offices.

The new town hall was erected in a chaotic surrounding. It is located far from the most attractive part of the town, on a northern fringe of Konstancin-Jeziorna. Placing such public building in this location is a tool for improving the urban layout of the city. The building is constructed around two courtyard spaces- an entrance atrium and an internal atrium for the offices. Architecture takes different forms to show two characters – a representative and official. Konstancin-Jeziorna is usually associated with a resort town and wooden graduation towers, the building has a brick facade. Ceramic brick was a material used in the region for administration buildings. Geometrical pattern was inspired by ventilation details in Mazovian farmhouses.
Public investment can be more than good architecture. It can be a catalyst of urban change. This is the role of the new town hall. Situated far from the most attractive part of the city. Town hall has a chance to accelerate the transformation of the underused space and turn it into a city.
