The culinary activity is undeniably one of the most important economic and commercial activities worldwide. The culinary art is part of the culture, no matter the geography, race or civilization. It is present through the history of the world. For this indisputable reasons will be the present and the future of our lifes.
This building would let people to learn things in different ways. To begin with , it would be interesting to point out that TRCC is the Central Part of Investigation and Creativity. This aspect would become this place into an attraction for tourists from all over the world.\nCooks who have been selected before , would have the opportunity to share different interests and knowings about the culinary topic between themselves and also with well known professionals. As far as the period is concerned , cooks would be able to take advantage of the facilities we propose. This term would round the 1 to 6 months. In this period , they will have researching sessions during the morning and TRCC sessions in the afternoon.\nThe strongest uses , which are the investigation and culinary production would set in the lateral sections of the building. Each volume has a different size . The large one would be more related to cooking rooms , cold storages and restaurant kitchens. However the small one would be connected with the investigation such as laboratories , tasting rooms and also libraries.\nBetween both pieces we find a enigmatic square at height where people could be aware or the culinary process.\nI should like to close by saying that there are three strong references which have lead the project. These references would be ESHOB , Le Cordon Bleu Madrid and Basque Culinary Center. As far as kitchen organization , it has been neccesary to take references from Ferrán Adriá.
