Informal settlements refer to as unplanned, improvised human settlements without legal tenure systems and public infrastructure. Normally, Informal settlements are characterized by several challenges which do not support wellness and social welfare for a day-to-day performance of a human being.
A project fundamentally aspires at generating a proposal that tends to offer design solutions which transcend scales of time and space in order to create balance of urban dynamics in a sustainable approach in order to support healthier day-to-day living of habitants within the informal settlements. As planet, people and profit are key pillars of sustainability, considerations of environmental, socio-cultural and economic aspects become of the utmost importance in the project designing for a suitable, self-sustaining living that support generations.
