The project is a plateaus system that organizes the different levels of the programme. The ramps link the sports areas with the central Agora, that catalyzes all circulations. The roof is used as a public space to link the paths through the green area. All the project is developed horizontally, solving the complex topography in the most harmonious way.
The strategy adopted consists in organizing several horizontal planes that build an artificial topography. Domesticating the orography of this place allows it to be accessible for the neighbours, plus disposing all the programme under the different platforms arranged at various levels.\nA large terraced plaza and park is created to allow the continuity of the green area through the valley. This plaza is extended into the interior of the building as a covered agora, a large central space at triple height that organizes all the circulations of the building.\nThe interior circulations of the facility do not interfere with public circulations. All are developed by tying the different levels of the building through ramps. This is possible thanks to always having a difference of half height between levels, which allows you to circulate more comfortably.\nThe building is organized in three arms: two for the locker rooms of the Football field and the school respectively, and another for the offices. This work space is separated from the public area by an interior courtyard, a space that has more tranquility for users.\nEvery time there is a change of level on the roof of the building, there is an inlet of natural light into the interior. The locker rooms are perfectly lit because its facade is made of translucent blocks, which have a small garden in front of them to give great comfort to the interior space.\nUnder the agora, on the lower level, a large multipurpose room allows the users to enjoy the practice of indoor sports. This large space is illuminated at both ends, thanks to the section produced by the ramps.\nThe entire roof is accessible and is used as a pedestrian path that connects the two neighbourhoods with this terraced plaza. It is a large space for the school to organize parties or for the neighbours to walk through the green area without losing contact with the city.\nIt has been possible to solve all problematics through an architecture project that can also be considered infrastructure.
