The first inhabitants of Las Planas were humble families who chose this area to illegally build their own house. The district suffers deficit in accessibility; starting from the necessities expressed by the inhabitants, the project offers possible solution to improve the access to the houses.
In architecture school we are used to work on theorical project but I was not totally satisfied with that; I was looking for a 360° experience to end my career in architecture. I decided to throw myself in this reality and overcome my fears without really knowing in the beginning how it would have ended... Dealing with the real necessities of the people and propose a project for them was really difficult but in the end very satisfying. Video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKaeZIuxeJ8
