Ancona is a city that rises on the sea, which has been subtracted from her. Our work concerns the redesign of a line coast to bring back the sea to the city, through the realization of a coastal park thought for the people and able to connect again the city to the sea.
We started from a deepened study related to the sea tides, to the wavy motion and to the movements of the landslide, to give a real answer to the problems of this stretch of coast. In response to that, we propose a coastal park with organic forms that allows the tides to deposit the sand, creating new beaches and redrawing the waterfront. The idea of the park is born for varying reasons, to maintain a natural meaning of the zone, to oppose the built of the commercial port and to give to the people a nice place to spend some time. In fact the park is thought for the users and it is endowed with a series of useful adroitness such as a suggestive walk elevated on the level of the sea, that leads to comforts points of access to the sandy shore, four different thematic gardens with proper vegetable essences of the Mediterranean, revisited ancient and characteristic architectures of the place, a suspended gangway to appreciate the park from a different position, and many other things like the wi-fi coverage on the whole area of the waterfront. Having a park always connected to internet it allows to make a smart-park, a place connected physically and digitally with the city. The idea of the smart park develops from the demand to create a park thought for the man, and to do this operation we have utilized an user journey, a reported history of the hypothetical life of a consumer that interacts within its day with the park and currency as this gives answer to its demands. Furthermore, to make easier and interactive the experience of the user, an app is developed for giving access to a series of information related to the park, to realize a smart space, a place made intelligent because able to relate him with the consumers. The next step in the planning is represented by the sensible space, it uses special tv cameras able to recognize the human physiognomy and therefore to count and monitorate people's flows, extrapolating data related to sex, indicative age and speed, in way to draw information on the different typologies of consumer, to adjourne and constantly improve through the use of those signals furnished by the users of the park the same place.
