Highlight special value of urban development complex, make recommendations for elaboration of future heritage conservation, development
First spatial scenario for Dome square regeneration is outlined in close conjunction with the building regulations of historical center of Riga and its protection zone, with the main goal to design an environment that creates an emotional experience for a visitor and provide with possibility of cognition of particular outdoor space. In specific scenario is reviewed proposal of outdoor space improvement with methods of urban landscaping and greenery that rise an interest with a closed view perspectives, divide the walking distance into reviewable sections, to provide the opportunity to go, stand, sit, watch, listen, and talk. Second spatial scenario for Dome square regeneration combines the improvement of square greenary and partial restoration of historic city quarters by adding new building structures that marks the boundary of the Bishop's residence and creates currently missing recreation zone for museum and church visitors and tourists. Central part of the square is preserved as a open publick space, but in purpose to enrich the area of the renewable spatial structure, the street views from Š???u Street, Zirgu Street and J?kaba -Smilšu Streets are supplement with the multi-leveled view perspective closings. Scenario includes the proposal of enlarging existing difference in square levels at the Dome church to facilitate access through the public actively used north entrance.\nThird spatial scenario for Dome square regeneration includes proposal with full restoration of historical city quarters creating building wolumes according to the facade drawings of 1823. Dome Square has been restored in its historical place - at the front of the church. This scenario represents relationships between the historical spatial structure and contemporary expectations of the old town publik environment, which gives an informative effect and at the same time encourage the viewer to realise unexpected development posibilities of specific publick outdoor space.
