The building is located in the centre of Sofia in the immediate vicinity of one of the main socially significant buildings & the National Palace of Culture. It is built in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city and is surrounded by multifamily blocks of flats, mainly built in the 50's and 70's. It is a singlestructure building contiguous to another block of flats on one side, and with no adjacent buildings on the others. Vertically the building houses the following functions: Basement floor/underground parking lot: maintenance station for the apartments connected to the heating supply and warehouse zones. Ground floor: which is connected through inner stairs a change done in the process of realisation of the project with the first standard floor housing the central office of the Ogilvy Advertising Agency.
