The city center of Debre Berhan is being developed with an emphasis on providing more commercial facilities and accompanying transportation infrastructure, rather than greening and improving the city's spatial and environmental quality.
The design solutions are proposed to gain more CESs from the POSs within the central part of Debre Berhan to enhance liveability.
