LOHAS--Urban renewal planning and design of the surrounding areas of the circle railway in Tianjin

We take the city cultural event planning as a clue to conduct space update. We try to set up an update mechanism based on CO-PRODUCTION through the linkage of the community to protect the important heritage of the city, let the aborigines really participate and benefit from it and carrying on a sustainable urban renewal.

This design creates music symbols as media, the reconstruction of emotional bond as design goals. To achieve the vision of lohas city, this design has two cultural events planning as the core strategy, to update the land space and facilities, and eventually turned into four functions area, which take the formation of cultural events as the core. \nIn terms of industry, the local cultural industry chain which is based on the Tianjin Conservatory of Music has begun to take shape, as far as our concern, this will be the key opportunity for the local industry transformation. Based on this, we plan two cultural events as the core strategy, provide updated proposals for the use of space and facilities. \nIn order to deepen the formation of the total design, the plan consists of four major function areas and this design include 3 major strategies: Strategy 1: Shared Economy:The first renewal strategy is social activity planning, activity cascades into four major functional sections, multiple life and industrial function nodes will creates two cultural brands. Strategy 2: Improve the basic public service facilities to sew the basic living circle, and through the formation of structural to optimize social network connection. Strategy 3: Building 7 slow lines for visitors to experience our creative industry and utilize big data optimization system captured on these lines Finally, based on the above measures, the sharing and co-construction actions of the community are promoted from the three dimensions of the family unit, the residential group, and the community level, besides, the two cultural brands are also used as clues to form a shared economy in order to realize the vision of a music industry.
