The place chosen for the project is in the Istanbul. With this designed structure, it is aimed to blend the concept of history and today's thermal bath. Who goes to the Thermal bath instead of taking a shower in five minutes? This center is designed to answer exactly this question!
Historical fountain structure was included in the design. The parking space design is related to the accommodation units and the thermal facility. Hiking trails and recreation areas are designed in the area. Hiking trails and recreation areas are designed in the area. The design consists of three main structures. The first one acts as a Thermal bath and treatment center. The second consists of accommodation and restaurant and social areas. The third part is designed as detached accommodation units more independently. Thermal baths are designed separately for women and men, but an outdoor pool has been added to the building for common use. Thermal bath part consists of traditional Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, dressing room, showers, relaxation area and bar. After this, a gym and semi-olympic pool meet you. And the structure circulation continues as a treatment center. An extra entrance is considered for the treatment center and pool. On the upper floor of the building, accommodation units are considered for users who are mostly on treatment. The second structure includes restaurant, cafe, conference hall, workshops, exhibition area and accommodation units. If you want, you can sit in the cafe and restaurant in the building while enjoying the historical view and sip your coffee. You can attend seminars thanks to the conference hall. You can organize workshops thanks to workshop halls. And you can even open your exhibition thanks to the panels stretching along the foyer. You can stay in the rooms located on the upper floor of the building. The third part is considered more separately. People who come and stay individually can also benefit from healing waters. The most important feature that distinguishes these structures from other accommodation units is the attempt to create a neighborhood phenomenon. In order to strengthen this, an upper eave was considered and the structures were partially connected to each other.
