The Inuits are inhabitants of the peoples of the Arctic regions, they are people who have to live in an extreme climate and survive with the elements provided by nature. It is a semi-nomadic civilization, they move from one place to another according to the migrations of animals.
The Final Career project consists of a village for one hundred Inuits in the North Pole. The Inuits are the inhabitants of the different peoples that inhabit the Arctic regions of North America. In its culture, the word Inuit has multiple meanings: man of nature, snow, person ... These concepts have been paramount for the development of the project. First studying the different tribes and the places where they live, the types of kayak they use. And how they survive in a climate as extreme as the Arctic polar. The Inuits are a nomadic civilization that migrates looking for places where there is food. This is the main concept of the project. It consists of three seasonal cities, in which each of them has a different use, depending on the season of the year and also of what they hunt. The Inuits move from one city to another in a kayak, where they transport all their belongings. They take advantage of the currents to make great distances, which I take advantage of to locate the cities. The project consists of three cities Kujataa (the southern city), Kangia (the western city) and Avanaa (the northern city). The city that I develop in the final project of career is Kujataa, the floating city of the south. This city is composed of modules of 5x5 dimensions, of which some of them are articulated and others are fixed. This articulation of the city is to make it a less fragile structure and at the same time to protect itself from the north winds and the southern currents.
