LSNarkitekt designed this project to meet the basic requirements of a comfortable living environment. Situated in a new part of the city of Gjakova, which is located south of the city between streets of “Washington” and the “Yjet e Erenikut”. The Project tends to develop a philosophy of thinking in an attractive and friendly environment, when it is well known that our country has emerged from a communist period and recently went through war, all of which contribute to a closure and fear of thinking "differently" as a society.

The project is intended for residential housing where 32 housing units are designed to serve 32 families that are ready to change the form of living within their housing concept. The project contains flexible housing units ranging from 60 m² to 250 m² shaped based on studies conducted in the area and their rendition into professional requirements. The building today has become a landmark of the area, serving as a community model to change and move beyond the minimum requirements of residential living.

In addition to basic contents, there are also designed meeting spaces and community workshops, shopping services and a restaurant managed by the builder himself. The facility also utilizes the natural resources provided by atmospheric water, renewable energy, and takes measures to reduce thermal energy losses. All materials used are in compliance with environmental measures and as such are an exemplary of buildings in the country.
