A complex program for a complex village. An isolated thorp where set up a hotel, including an area for Spa and Restaurant. A complex project for a complex area. One site next to the river but having an important slope. Different challenges to solve in a graduation project.
Once studied the site place and the idea for the urban organization, we will study the constructive project. The area has a pronounced scope therefore the project tries to organize itself through it. Small pieces seated following the levels let the building to camouflage itself in the environment. In addition, use of natural materials from the surroundings help to connect both place and project. The functional program is distributed through small boxes moved from the obvious positions. On this way we get to avoid large corridors existing in hotels. The interior materialization consists on a continuity of exteriors. Wood and grey tones of concrete will let the users to connect with the natural environmental surroundings. Light and comfort suppose the main goals pursued.
