Prishtina as a city is always looking for the development, implementation and design of public spaces in an innovative and reasonable way. The work includes training to create easier parking spaces for cars in a safer and faster way, the integration of the artistic part and the use of ecological materials.

In the plot designated for the construction of the mechanical garage, it is a part frequented by cars for the reason that there is a private parking lot and the access is easier for cars and it is a two-way street. The idea of the project is based on demolishing this existing space and realizing a space that preserves the existing functions such as: parking, cafeteria and social spaces, which in the new project are framed in a single object. The concept is based on the external structure of the facade, which is described in this way: Garages are part of the public space and in most public spaces the identity and history of that place is presented. The concept is based on going back in time, based on the great migration. the second world war in Kosovo. The movement and circulation of citizens during the war creates a road line of people along the system and roads to the camps and away from the chaos of war. This line is taken as an element that will reflect the path they have taken in a non-linear form and which has been turned into a work of art from the metal material, which reflects the resistance of the citizens and ecologically the use. of waste and is painted red, symbolizing the state of citizens who have lost their blood, love and courage during emigration. The object has been treated as a work of art adapting to the urban landscape, offering dynamics through the structure, a historical message, making citizens curious about its artistic identity, facilitating the easier determination of parking and offering the economic and social development of building. In the existing parking lot there is space for parking 35 cars, while in the mechanical garage parking is up to 114 spaces through the mechanism and the space used underground and above ground. The building is surrounded by the energy of both people and cars, or we can call it "a building that never sleeps". Public spaces are designed for people, so through all this, physically, psychologically and spiritually, a comfortable, functional and fun place has been created for them.
