Finding appropriate ways to encourage young people to return to rural areas and preserve cultural heritage is a significant challenge for modern societies. One such solution will be proposed in the chosen area for development through an eco-resort.

Taking into account the natural character of the area, as well as the presence of Fjolla Lake and the Castle of Dorëza, the proposed interventions include both infrastructural improvements and the development of new structures. The creation of an eco-resort is proposed, which will offer a variety of services, including: Accommodation: Construction of facilities with different typologies to enable lodging. Culinary Experiences: Building a restaurant where visitors can enjoy the area's traditional cuisine. Boat Rides: Providing opportunities for lake tours by boat.
