The proposal for the detailed plan in the Marçal Neighborhood aims to emphasize the needs of the resident, give what they need and need, whether small urban acupuncture as well as vast leisure spaces in the Central Park style, always focusing on the well-being and comfort of the citizen.
The proposal consisted of creating new housing, respecting existing streets, creating green spaces and having a looser urban mesh.
