Cultural learning activities are usually associated with closed spaces activities, while making them an outdoor activity with a free use of the designed space could change the way in which knowledge is acquired, thanks to an environment designed with shapes that belongs to nature.

The decision to face this project comes from the fact that facing an ever-growing population explosion, the size of parks and cultural recreational spaces decreases more and more and the urban spaces of free access are less and less. Another reason is the lack of adaptation to technology and new learning methods. The project was proposed in a plott of an abbandoned ex-factory in the urban structure of Mexico City, where the soil is arid and damaged due to its previous use. This is a large submerged space in the city that is unused and needs a reactivation: the designed complex offers free access to green walkable roofs that rise like sloping hills; the average annual rainfall is approximately 968 mm and taking into account the green areas and the draining pavements, the project returns about 90% of the water received by draining it back into the ground to maintain the stability of its composition. Remembering that once the city was a sort of large lake, it is very common to find water in the subsoil by digging just a few meters. The green roofs receive water from the rain and allow the remaining part to channel to the groundwater level. The conceptual essence of the project comes from the continuous movement of the solar system compared to the universe: if we could see it, the trace that the sun would leave with its planets during its orbit would be that of a vortex. The wave of continuous movement transmits the energy similar as the Doppler effect and result in shape of the growing of certain nature in our planet, if we draw flor plan of a vortex, it will be an spiral that can be calculated and is known as The Golden Ratio and it was used to simulate a natural harmonic growing. The most remarkable technical obstacles were to combine different constructive systems and the link that hold them together as, concrete in walls and, steel in ceilings and support for the green roofs because of it dimensions.
