The epicenter of the city in the space of (non)migration
The zones of developed communication are a suitable space for creating institutions of cultural centers. The spatial context of the institution's program was imposed in the area of ??the Smederevo city field. Both because of the motive of good infrastructural connectivity of the waterways and railways, as well as the existing city institutions, as well as the symbolic strength of the inter-space and the confrontation of the rampart front with the city creating a zone of silence. By preserving the identity of the city by emphasizing the existing ambience of the facility, we distributed the building partly to the front of the city center, but with an emphasis on the underground structure of the city field plateau. By submerging the built structure beneath the rampart front and directing the movement's capacities, the spatial fortification of the city is negated, while distancing passers-by from the monumental front creates an ambience of reliability, thus emphasizing the tendency to not compromise the initial identity of the place, despite assimilation with the flows.\nOn the other hand, different models of urbanization, whether urban planning or spontaneous growth of urban areas, were largely unrelated to existing urban models. The previous system of development at that moment often seemed archaic and inconsistent with the needs of a new way of life. For this reason, the new city structures, conditionally speaking, have turned their backs on the existing city system. Often distancing oneself in the desire to emphasize the quality of the newly designed. With this approach, zones of clearly defined units in the city may appear.\nFields of silence arise from the collision of these energies. Increasing saturation with urban stimuli, a zone of silence is necessary as a point of negentropy, a point of balance.\nCulture mocks borders, whichever they may be. - Louis Dollot
