The goal of this project was to design a building to house the refugees in Bruges, Belgium, integrating social housing and culture at the same time. To design a building where the differences between cultures could be harmonized, where everyone could share their beliefs, traditions and cultures. A place of intimacy and community.
This project was designed in vue to obtain my degree in architecture, my last project in university and I've tried to design a project that expressed my own vision and ideas of architecture creating a link between the project and my thesis, "Living the thickness, constructing the void".
